They're comfortable whilst wearing them, however getting them on and off is incredibly painful and difficult. There's no size guide on the website that I could find, so I got a size small, which turned out to not fit (which is partially my fault, but having proper measurements to refer to would be very helpful). The metal hinges on the sides have already broken through the fabric after just 8 hours of wear, and they dig into my skin through the main tube of fabric, which is uncomfortable at best and painful at worst.
Generally a good product and price, but there are some improvements to the website for customer clarity (eg the size guide) that should be made.

I bought this to replace my bio skin knee brace and noticed no significant difference despite this brace being significantly cheaper so really happy with the performance and a great price
