Returns Policy

All products will be refunded in full provided that they are returned to us unopened and in a re-saleable condition. 

Please note that ALL foot related products can not be returned once opened.

If your return is approved you can expect a refund within 7 working days of your item arriving back to us.

Please Note: Medical Shoes are non-returnable and non-refundable on the grounds of hygiene
Benecare has a responsibility to maintain the highest level of hygiene for all of our products. For
this reason we are unable to except returns for medical shoes, these items are non-returnable and
non-refundable.If you have any questions with regards to our policy then please call 0161 273 1166.

 

Exchanging an Item:

If you have ordered an item incorrectly, then the item can be exchanged providing that it is returned to us in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.  

Once we have received the item, we will then exchange it for you. Unfortunately we cannot send any exchange item out until the original item has been returned to us.

All items must be returned to us using your own courier/postal service. We recommend that you use a 'special delivery' or 'signed for' service to ensure that you can track the parcel.

Please return your item to.. BeneCare Direct, Branson Court, Branson Street, Manchester, M40 7FP.  We advise that you include a note specifying the reason why you are returning your item.
