*Please note for 'Express Delivery' that orders must be placed before 1pm and that orders placed on Friday (before 1pm) won't be delivered until the following Monday.

Express Delivery usually means 'Next Day' Delivery, orders placed before 1pm will be despatched that day and usually your order will be delivered the next day.  However sometimes deliveries can be delayed due to courier issues, our express delivery is not a guaranteed next day service.  Please only get in touch if you delivery is more than 2 days late.

Spend £75 for FREE Express Delivery.

Standard Delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 working days.

Saturday deliveries are available on request, please get in touch with us for a quote before you place your order.

Where is my order? 

Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If you would like to find out where your order is please email or call 0161 273 6789 to track your order. 

What delivery options are available?

All our products are delivered via courier as standard, the 'Standard Delivery' service aims to deliver your goods within 3 to 5 working days. Orders will require a signature upon delivery. 

We also offer a Express Delivery Service, all orders for this must be placed before 1pm.  You can select the 'Express Delivery' option during checkout.  Please note that if you are ordering on a Friday, your goods will be delivered on the following Monday.  And orders placed on Saturday & Sunday, will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.  It is not a guaranteed next day service

How do I return an item?

To return an item please contact us, call the BeneCare Direct team on 0161 273 1166

To return your item, please take the following steps:

1. Call or email us to notify us of an issue with the product.

2. Repackage the unused (tried on only) item in the original packaging.  Please note that ALL foot related products can not be returned once opened.

3. Once we have received the returned product we will endeavour to reimburse/replace your order within 72 hrs. Please allow time for your bank to process this payment.

4. Please note that when we're refunding your order, we will not refund the cost of postage... unless you were sent the wrong item or it was faulty.


Please Note: Medical Shoes are non-returnable and non-refundable on the grounds of hygiene
Benecare has a responsibility to maintain the highest level of hygiene for all of our products. For
this reason we are unable to except returns for medical shoes, these items are non-returnable and
