Dear customers, 

We hope you understand that during these uncertain times of the coronavirus pandemic the health and safety of our staff and their families has to be our main concern. 

We are happy to confirm that the website is still open, but there are certain restrictions.  Currently we our operating with a skeleton staff, we are also dependent on our couriers, so some customers may experience delays in getting their goods. 

Usually we are able to send our goods every day, most orders are despatched the same day that they are ordered but for the next couple of weeks that won't always be possible.  Can we please ask all our customers to be patient and we will strive to get your goods to you as soon as possible.

Overseas Customers:  Please note, because of the current situation with Covid-19 we have temporarily disabled overseas shipping.  This means unfortunately at the moment our overseas customers cannot order via the website.  But if you email (support@benecaredirect.com) us your order, then we can come back to you with a shipping quote and estimate on when we can get you products over to you.  We apologise for any inconvenience.
