The Benecare Wrist and Thumb Wrap provides support by stabilising the wrist and holding the thumb in abduction. The soft neoprene ensures maximum comfort, while the double wrist strap allows a close fit. This product is particularly suited to promote recovery from strains and sprains to the carpometacarpal (CPC) and metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joints. It provides gentle compression to the wrist, to the thumb, and to troublesome joints for crucial support. The Wrist and Thumb Wrap also provides protection, support, and comfort to hands, wrists and thumbs affected by synovitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis. Note: Size X-SMALL is suitable for children.

Good support

I bought this to replace the identical rap that was provided to me by my local hospital. It was failing in two places after only two weeks but to be fair I had been doing DIY and gardening with it on.

One of the problems which is also caring on my new wrap is that where the metal insert means the end of its pouch in the palm of my hand, the outer covering is broken.

May I suggest that you look at the end of the metal to see if you could make it more blunt or strengthen the end of the pouch where the metal tip is prevent this problem.

The other issue which has not occurred yet on the new wrap is that the fabric directly under the thumb it's prone to separated due to the extra force to secure the wrap.

I hope this feedback is helpful and I have no complaints with the support that the wrap has given me, it's really helped.
