The BeneCare Plantar Fasciitis Support provides continuous elastic tension and pressure to reduce the pain associated with inflammation due to plantar fasciitis. Used in conjunction with recommended exercise programs, the BeneCare PFS Support reduces pain allowing the patient to strengthen the muscles of the foot arch and lower leg, as well as stretch the achilles tendon to provide relief and prevent future discomfort from plantar fasciitis. Unlike other shoe inserts or non-elastic bands, the BeneCare PFS Support maintains tension continuously during wear. This reduces painful inflammation and allows the patient to exercise the calf and foot muscles. Proper muscle tone will prevent future plantar fasciitis.

PFS Review

I have a range of painful and confusing problems with my foot including plantar, peroneal tendonitis, Sinus Tarsi Syndrone, brusing of lower fibula. I just wanted a basic foot support system to supplement bandages, etc., until I got any further needed assistance. I found the PTS provided excellent basic support and gave much relief; It kept my my ankle nice and stable. Thank you

Achilles tendon support

I've been wearing one of these for my Achilles tendon for some time now, I've found it a huge help & very comfortable to wear, which is a big thing for me as I also have Fibromyalgia. I have been having twinges on the opposite ankle too, so I've just bought one for each ankle. I like that they are nice & thin but still give good support.I've not had a really painful episode since I started wearing the first one.

Plantar fasciitis support

This was bought as a ‘stronger’ support to a previous ‘ elasticated sock type support’ which was not having much impact on my current fasciitis problem. This definitely eases a lot of the inflammation and on days I know I need to walk around I use both of the supports. I would recommend anyone tries this product
