First of all can we say a big thank you to all of you that have ordered from us recently, we really appreciate your custom and support... particuarly in the present climate.
We have, as a company been able to stay open during the pandemic but that was very much touch and go. Our work force and their families are our main concern and with the majority of them working from home, it was getting harder to process orders
We are happy that we have been able to remain open but we are operating with a skeleton staff in both the office and our warehouse. This means that there are delays in dealing with enquiries, returns, refunds (including VAT refunds) and exchanges, but they will all be dealt with.
Can we please ask that you remain patient, we are working through a backlog of enquiries, but we are doing our best to deal with all of them.
