BeneFoot Fixed Walker Boot

This is a brilliant boot. I received the same boot from the NHS but after wearing for a year every day it was ready to be replaced. Bear in mind I wore it every day and that is probably unusual. It is still perfectly wearable but my surgery means I’ll be in it 24/7 including bed so wanted a clean new boot.
I googled the company and found the exact boot at a fabulous price. I ordered and it arrived very quickly.
The reason I mention the straps is because I hadn’t checked in the boot itself, where they are stored in transit. I thought they were missing.
The company were very quick to ring me to ask me to check inside the boot. Felt foolish but it is a very good idea storing them this way as they are Velcro and stick to everything.
My advice is when opening the boot to remove it that you ensure you make sure each strap is doubled back in itself so it doesn’t stick to the other straps.
You will not get a better quality boot at such a fantastic price.
Also I’m a size 5 in shoes but the small is perfect. The medium would be too big.

There was an issue with my walking boot and once I emailed Benecare about this they responded really quickly and resolved the issue. Really great customer service . The boot itself has been amazing... comfy, supportive and a godsend with a broken fibula

Really pleased with my purchase and speedy delivery, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but was sent the correct one very quickly. Only problem was trying to return the first one, as there was no returns note and local shops wouldn’t accept it. Had to get help to do it. No reflection on BeneCare though. Thanks also to mark who packed the boot.

I bought this boot because I had a grade 2 calf tear. It was helpful and partially supportive, but it is quite soft around the leg, so its support is limited. I used the straps placed anywhere on the leg to strap the injured part of my calf. It helped me get out on crutches a bit more, and the rocking motion of the foot felt good. I needed a high-soled trainer on the other foot because it has quite a depth to the sole.
