I used it for several body molds with great results. They are well packaged for an excellent shelf life as well. I had (unopened) leftover rolls stored in my damp cold garage for almost a year and they remained in perfect condition. I had tried cheap stuff from other companies before with very disappointing results. I used to work with plaster for 30+ years. This one is worth the extra money.
This is a premium plaster of Paris bandage that I have used for medical casting of fractures and some soft tissue injuries. It is a lovely plaster bandage to work with, bandage does not come off the spool. great conformity to the limb, and it can be moulded to joints easily with fast setting.
Creamy texture for a very smooth finish to the cast which looks excellent.
After the initial setting in approximately 5 minutes, little residue comes off the cast for example onto the patients clothing. The cast does not crack or become worn quickly as it can with some plaster bandages. Little residue in the bucket after application has finished which suggests almost all the plaster in the bandage has stayed in it during the application process, which makes for a very strong cast indeed.
An excellent plaster of Paris bandage which is highly recommended.

The level of customer service received from Benecare team is superb, they are extremely knowledgeable about casting materials and nothing is too much trouble. They always go the extra mile!!
First time i've used it but I'm slowly getting to grips with it... using it for arts and crafts, and so far so good
