The BeneCare Night Splint is a lightweight and comfortable alternative to serial casting, for the treatment of plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis and other lower extremity overuse injuries. Constructed from a strong durable plastic, the BeneCare Night Splint encases the foot and ankle in a lycra lined padded rigid shell, which helps to ensure total immobilization while maintaining comfort across the extensor tendons.
